Hang out in a tropical garden shaded by an enormous live oak, landscaped with lighting so you can enjoy the outdoors morning, noon, and night. The main house and separate cottage have cheerful and well-appointed spaces with plenty of room to spread out. You can't get any closer to neighborhood shops and restaurants. East End Market is a five-minute walk. Monday night farmer's market is on the corner.
The property is newly renovated and decorated by architect-owners, with a warm, tropical, modern vibe. Two primary bedroom suites lend privacy. The professionally landscaped garden with a huge oak tree, fire pit and outdoor dining area completes this unique vacation getaway spot.
The main house has a large open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space with tons of seating. The dining room table expands to seat eight, and the outdoor table comfortably seats ten. A separate TV room is perfect for movie night. The kitchen has brand-new stainless steel appliances and is outfitted with everything you need to cook for a crowd. The "cottage" - a separate structure steps away from the house - has its own kitchen and lounge space. You'll also love the large outdoor charcoal grill. Two large, deep couches are comfy enough to sleep on.
NOTE: The second bedroom and bathroom in the main house both have a step down and may not be appropriate for people with mobility issues. The second bathroom has a tub-shower with a low ceiling. Tall people will need to sit down in the tub and use the hand shower, or enjoy a soak. Bath salts and candles provided.
