Newly built, the light airy studio features a comfy queen bed, modern bathroom, office space, air-con (heat, fan and cool) and kitchenette.
The lounge space has a futon couch that folds down to a double bed, which can accommodate up to two children. Parking right out front with accessible access. Outdoors, there is a small grassy outdoor area with table and chairs.
About the space:
This purpose-built guest studio is attached to our property, however, has a completely separate entrance and outdoor lawn space. Our full-sized and unique site is grassy and private - renowned for being peaceful and quiet so you can relax and recharge.
Inside the studio, we've spared no expense to make your stay enjoyable and equipped with everything you need. This includes new memory foam mattress toppers, high quality, new linen and towels. The custom made kitchenette features quality kitchenware, a new mini fridge with a freezer compartment and a small microwave. There is a state-of-the-art and quiet air conditioning unit that has heating, cooling and fan settings to ensure you're comfortable during your stay. Also, our HRV system ensures the studio is well ventilated, dry and warm. We provide a lovely selection of coffee, tea and milk to get you started. We often pop in fruit from our garden if our trees are fruiting. Please note there is no stove or oven inside, but we can provide a BBQ on request. Our new 42 inch smart TV can be enjoyed from the bed or the couch and has a range of apps and sign-ins for all major streaming services including Neon, Disney, Netflix, Youtube, and TVNZ/Three on-demand.
This space is suitable for couples and families (up to 2 adults, 2 children) wanting a short-term getaway. With its dedicated office space and chair, it’s perfect if you’re also coming for work.
Walking distance to Papamoa Plaza, Fashion Island, the beach, and local cafes/restaurants. Laundry available for longer stays on request.
Please note - if you are booking for two guests, but require the futon to be set up as a second bed, there is a fee of $20 to cover the use of extra linen. Please arrange this at the time of booking.
