The space
Filled with natural light, this centrally located apartment ( 2nd floor of a modern building) hopes to meet all your needs during your stay.
All rooms are fully equipped.The kitchen has all the cooking essentials for preparing full meals as well as coffee. There is also hot water, clean towels, shampoos, hair dryer etc in the bathroom . Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed ,a large wardrobe with mirror and air conditioning.In the Living room there is a sofa bed, cable TV, air conditioning. Smoking is allowed only at the balcony (ashtray on the table).
There is also a private parking, elevator(for 2 people) and a laundry room (separate space)
The picturesque town center is within walking distance. There you can find local taverns , modern restaurants, cafes and bars. All around the neighborhood you will have easy access to bakery, supermarket , grocery store etc. Blue Coast ( a beautiful small beach in the suburbs of the town) is also 10 minutes away on foot.
For your comfort there will be also 2 bicycles at your disposal .Preveza is flat. Exploring it on bicycle is definitely worth it !Let me know beforehand if you are interested ,so that the bicycles are fully functional and ready to go !
Aktion National Airport (PVK) (6km) ,Ancient Nikopolis area (7km), Lefkada (25km), Acheron river (52 km), Parga (60km) are also easily accessible by car.
