This property is opposite Ben Nevis and the Nevis range and Grey Corries can be seen from the comfort of your armchair.
Accessible from the A82 all year round yet far enough away from the main road to ensure a peaceful holiday. There is plenty to see and do in the local area, so once you are here you don’t have to drive very far to see some iconic Scottish places.
As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. This home is bright, comfortable, warm and stylish, with plenty of room for up to 8 people.
The kitchen has an American style fridge-freezer, filtered water, ice-maker, an induction hob, double oven, a kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher , microwave and wine fridge. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers 2 wide-screen smart televisions and internet access with a fantastically efficient wood burner and underfloor heating to keep you warm in winter. (logs provided)
This villa has 4 bedrooms and can sleep a maximum of 8 people. All beds are high quality and very comfortable.
In the first bedroom, you will find a 5ft king bed, known as the Princess room, this has a vaulted ceiling and wonderful views of the mountains and forests.
In the next bedroom, known as the Stag room, there is a 5ft king bed with a window that overlooks the garden and countryside beyond.
The third bedroom contains twin 3ft single beds, with a window looking over the garden and mountains.
The fourth bedroom contains 3ft twin beds with a large window that overlooks the rear garden. There are 2 travel cots with proper cot matresses which can fit into any of the bedrooms (please bring your own cot linen)
There are 3 modern bathrooms.
The first bathroom is an ensuite with a rain-fall shower, toilet and basin.
The next bathroom is a wet room with a toilet and sink and a walk-in accessible shower.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a shower over bath
This house is wheelchair accessible. A shower stool is provided and all showers have overhead and separate low level hand-held attachments
Linen,towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, logs, kindling, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, salt, pepper, spices, and a full range of kitchen equipment are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
The house sits in a third of an acre with a lovely natural garden wrapped around. There is garden furniture , a secret path to a bench with a fantastic view of the Grey Corries and Nevis mountain ranges. There is a fire pit area and a hot-tub on the decking where you can star gaze or spot wild-life whilst relaxing after a day in the great outdoors
House Rules:
- Check-in time is after 5pm and check-out is by 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- No parties allowed under any circumstances
- There is free parking for up to 5 cars
- Pets are allowed at the property. Please note that whilst the garden is fenced and gated, this is a ranch fence and dogs could get through it so bring a long leash if you are concerned. Sheep ,Stags,Pine Martens, Peacocks are also sometimes around the vicinity.
-Strict maximum of 8 people, guests must not exceed this total due to licensing laws
- As a luxury self-catering home rather than hotel, we do not charge for cleaning therefore we require guests to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition.
- The house manual contains important health and safety information and instructions regarding how to operate the hot tub and hot tub cover. Any failure to follow instructions which result in damage to any equipment could be charged for.
