If you leave it tidy, our cleaner will make it sparkle again (cleaning fee applies). Charges will apply for any broken or missing items.
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking, with payment in full required 2 weeks before occupancy. A bond is also payable.

No parties allowed. If there is a party, this will result in the immediate termination of the booking with no refund. We want to keep our home great for future guests and our neighbours happy.
