The home is located approximately 15 minutes by car from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. You can catch the water taxi ( 5 minute walk from the home) at the SHOOTERS RESTAURANT, located on the water way, that will take you as far as Miami and West Palm Beach. The water taxi can also take you to many featured spots like Las Olas. There are also several churches and Synagogues to close from in this area.
This home is situated on Lauderdale Beach in neighborhood which consist of up-scaled million dollar homes. Residence of this community tend to primarily be made up of families and retired couples.

A beautiful, large piece of modern art that feels like a vision from under the Caribbean is mounted above the sectional. The design is a mix of modern, primitive, and organic. A large carpet ties in all the seating areas.
The inviting kitchen, filled with plenty of natural sunlight, has a total of 7 bar stools. It is open to a large dining room with a table that seats 10.
The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking and entertaining. Here you will find stainless steel appliances, including a wine cooler and gourmet coffee station with plus a Keurig Coffee Maker. There is an 8 foot slider door that leads to the pool area.
There is a powder room ( Cabana Pool ) and full bathroom located off the dining room area next.
There is a twin bedroom with set of bunk beds with a trundle and a queen bed with a flat screen TV. This room sleeps 3 to 4. Across from this room is the queen bedroom with a trundle and a flat screen TV. This room sleeps 2 to 3. The master bedroom holds a king bed with a large walk in closet, single sleeper sofa, 2 night stands, large dresser, printer and flat screen TV. The master bathroom provides a double vanity, complete with lighted medicine cabinets, large, glass-enclosed free-standing shower, and a succulent soaking tub.
The back patio has a large heated pool is heated at 85F. This area is perfect for the family to entertain under the pergola where you can grill and dine at the large dining table. There are chaise lounges around the pool for those sun worshipers looking to get a beautiful Florida tan and additional comfortable seating areas for those who wish to relax in the shade. An outdoor shower is available for guests to use to remove their tanning oils and sand before going into the pool or hot tub. The powder room has a door that allows guests to gain access from this pool area without having to go into the home.
