In addition, the first floor has a sunroom/cabana room with access to the pool and views of the moors. First floor also offers a huge laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink. In addition, the first floor offers access to the large outdoor shower.

Second floor consists of a bright and spacious living room with state of the art 60' flatscreen with premium cable and wifi. Views of Nantucket engulf you as you recline on the white slipcovered sofa and chairs.

Third floor consists of wide open floor plan that includes: kitchen nook, kitchen with island and 4 barstools, living room/dining room with windows galore and wood burning fireplace. Both living rooms on second and third floor have great room angled ceilings with white beams and ceiling fans. There is also a half bath off the living room/kitchen area. The third floor offers access to upper deck with outdoor sectional sofa, and ample outdoor chairs and tables for enjoying the views of the Nantucket sound and the moors throughout the day. The third floor also offers access to the master bathroom with en suite. The master bedroom also has flat screen mounted TV.

Home can easily accommodate 2 families vacationing together due to the fact the 2 masters have king size beds, huge flat screen TVs, and private en suites.
