Summary: Our group of 11 had a great time in Dumfries and environment. The house was perfect for our extended family to gather and enjoy four days/five nights together. There was generous space for all of us to have meals as a group and spend time lounging together in the living room in the evening, but also for people to have some quiet time. The location of the property, adjacent to fields, and the pastoral views made it a very relaxing experience. We went on many walks in the immediate environment, including to a nearby restaurant, and used the cars to get to Dumfries center and other attractions nearby. Highly recommend!
