Summary: As soon as you walk in to the exterior entrance, there was trash pile up under the stairwell, which is very off putting especially for the first-time travelers in my group. There was an old lock on the apartment door that was stuffed with a tissue - again, off putting. There were no apparent linens for the sofa bed and, when we looked in the cupboards, there was a pile of dirty linens and a vaccum hose all wrapped up. Water on the bathroom floor and a handle that fell off the first time we used it. Management sent cleaners over for new linens but didn't tell us they were under the sofa bed - there wasn't room to expand the sofa bed anyway - so it was overall a poor experience.
