Enter an open main living space with living area, dining area and kitchen. Sliders and floor to ceiling windows perfectly frame the ever changing water views. This open and bright space has a vaulted ceiling, ductless split unit air conditioning and ceiling fan. The well-equipped kitchen has a gas range and dishwasher and an island with breakfast bar. The dining and living areas are nicely-appointed and furnished with mid-century modern pieces. The living area has a comfortable sofa and chairs and the dining area has a table that seats six. A second small table is perfect for a game of chess or a jigsaw puzzle as you look out over the water.
The first of the cottage's three bedrooms is on this floor. It has a queen bed, a flat screen TV with cable, ceiling fan, a ductless split unit A/C and a slider to the upper deck. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.
There is a comfortable den in the lower level with two sofas, a ductless split unit A/C and a large flat screen TV with cable. A slider from the den leads to the shaded lower deck with chair hammocks--a wonderful place to read a book or enjoy the view.
The cottage's other two bedrooms are in the lower level--both have a queen bed, a ductless split unit A/C, ceiling fan and slider to the lower deck. There is a bathroom with shower stall and a separate utility room with stacked washer/dryer.
The sunny upper wrap-around deck has an outdoor dining table with chairs and umbrella and two chaise lounges. Unwind on the deck as the tides ebb and flow. Watch Wellfleet oyster farmers at work at low tide. Wash off the sand from your day at the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower. Barbecue dinner on the Weber gas grill.
The owners have thought of everything to make your stay a relaxing one. Comforts include air conditioning, cable, WiFi, washer/dryer, special No-See-Um bug window screens, enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill. Umbrellas and beach chairs are provided for you to take to the beach.
