This is a family retreat apartment build at the north heights of the city of Kalamata and thus having alluring views over the City, the Messinian Bay and the Messinian valley. You will also love the spacious feeling you get here as there is more space for you in this apartment than you might be used to.
With this apartment as starting point you will discover the benefit of being 'out of the city’ as you have an huge variety of places to go and things to do within a 10 minutes drive.
The apartment is newly done (2022). It has three separate bedrooms a dedicated working space and lots of living space inside and outside. As it is being used now and then by the owners it has all you need for short or long stays.
The neighbourhood is a very quiet one and is also a starting point for nice hikes in the area.
One needs to climb one staircase to get to the entrance. But the view one gets when at the apartments terrace is as if one where on a Skyscraper

It is a very quiet neighbourhood and being only 3km from the highway junction, it is a perfect starting point for excursions to whatever place you would like to visit.
It is also a good starting point for hikes in the area, which we are sure you will find interesting.
There are two famous taverns within 1km, but for groceries you will need to go to the city.
