This completely renovated home located on the lower slopes of Te Mata Peak is a short walk from the vibrant Havelock North village. It has been tastefully furnished with French inspired pieces throughout the home. There is a small in ground pool and another outdoor entertaining area around it.
It features two bathrooms, a new kitchen with top of the line Fisher and Paykel appliances along with polished stone bench tops, and a spacious open plan layout which connects the lounge, kitchen and dining room. There is enough space for three cars in the driveway, with ample street parking if required. All of the 3 bedrooms are a good size.
The outdoor entertaining area is north-facing capturing the last of the sun and features a BBQ and outdoor setting. The grounds are fully fenced with a lawn area for children.
This is my home that I live in and move out of for guests. I have a cat Lulu that will be fed in the garage when guests are staying, unless you love cats and don't mind feeding her inside. I also have 3 chooks so if you don't mind feeding them you will be rewarded with fresh free range eggs daily.
