Downstairs, you’ll find a cozy bedroom, a beautifully styled lounge, and an open kitchen equipped with essentials for self-catering. The breakfast bar seats four, perfect for casual dining (note: there is no formal dining table at the property), and the nearby bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower.
Upstairs is a spacious loft area with a queen bed at one end and a single bed at the other, with an additional pull-out single if needed—please refer to photos and additional notes in the listing for details.
Outside, a delightful courtyard surrounded by cottage gardens provides a lovely spot to relax in the afternoon sun after exploring Hobart. Panel heaters keep the cottage cozy on both levels.
Laundry facilities with a washer and dryer are located in a shed in the parking area, which is shared with the two neighbouring apartments. Kelly Street Cottage also offers off-street parking for one vehicle, and an extra spot may be available on request.
