The patio doors open onto a large decking area overlooking the river Teviot. The kitchen has a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite toilet and shower.
The second bedroom has a double bed.
The third bedroom contains bunk beds only suitable for children. However an adult could sleep in the bottom bunk.
The large bathroom has a bath with shower tap, a large corner shower with dual shower head with ample storage space for your toiletries.
There is Wi-Fi in the lodge as well as guest Wi-Fi on the caravan park.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
