Your cozy vacation home is located on a hill of Santa Ponsa in a quiet villa area. Here you live in dreamlike quiet surrounded by a grown, tropical garden in the middle of a lot of green and are nevertheless in a few minutes on the beach, on the golf course, in the heart of Santa Ponsa with its stores and restaurants. Ideal for a vacation where you want to have short distances to all possible vacation activities, but away from the tourist hustle and bustle also want to enjoy peace and relaxation.
You live on a spacious plot of 1,200sqm, which offers a pool area and a beautiful garden area, as well as a variety of seating areas for sunbathing and relaxing around the house, so that even as a family there is a retreat for everyone. The house itself is of single-story construction. The entire property is separated by a wall or fence and has a radio controlled gate entrance.
The living area is 160sqm and includes a large living and dining room with veranda and a modern kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The large master bedroom has its own small dressing area as well as a bathroom with window en suite. The two smaller bedrooms share the second , also equipped with window, bathroom.
In the large living room with floor-to-ceiling patio doors you will find a spacious dining table as well as a comfortable sofa corner by the fireplace. However, if you prefer to sit outside, in summer you will surely have your favorite place on our large covered veranda, which is adorned by a large bougainvillea. Enjoy the sunsets from there.
Our house is a non-smoking house, although smoking is allowed outside. However, we ask that you keep the indoor areas smoke free. The pool (9.00m x 4.50m) is a salt water pool and has a two meter wide shallow water area on one side for chilling out and sunbathing. The terrace and pool area was completely renovated in 2021. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children should be over six years old and able to swim.
Also please note that such a property cannot do without regular maintenance. Our gardener, in addition to a clean garden, also pays attention to the water quality and cleans the pool in the summer. Therefore, it is essential that twice a week our gardener enters the garden. We try to adjust the times according to your wishes, but this is not always possible. However, we try to ensure that you are disturbed as little as possible.
Arrivals are possible from Monday to Saturday. On arrival the house can be occupied from 4 pm. On the day of departure, check-out is at 10 am. Arrivals after 9 pm are only possible by arrangement.
