Our balcony catches the afternoon sun and has perfect views. It's ideally situated for quick and easy access into the city centre, just 3 minutes from the bus stop. Featuring a large living area, open kitchen and 2 double bedrooms this home can accommodate 4 guests! Complete with linen, towels and toiletries for extra comfort The Space: This spacious two bedroom apartment is located on the sixth floor with lift access. The open living room features a sofa, dining table and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with all the mod-cons including a stove, oven and microwave, perfect for whipping up a home cooked meal! The living space is a comfortable and warm space to lounge and relax after a long day in the city! There is also access to a large balcony looking over a landscaped residential garden, of which guests can use at their leisure and out towards the Forth bridges. You will enjoy full access to all of the high end quality appliances, TV and Internet. There are two bright and airy double bedrooms, both of which feature delightfully comfortable king size beds. The master bedroom also comes with an en suite shower and bath. Both rooms are fitted with large cupboards, for all your storing needs! The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet. Enjoy the other amenities provided in our home, such as a washer/dryer, iron and dishwasher. Guest Access: Guests will enjoy full use of the entire property. Getting Around: The apartment has very good public transport link to the city centre, with buses running regularly all day and night. The apartment also has its own private parking space allocated in the secure underground car park. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
