Come and stay in the centre of Christchurch in our super centrally located loft style building, Urbanz. It's an easy walk to all city sights including the Cardboard Cathedral, Tram, historic New Regent Street, Avon River, entertainment venues and the best bars and restaurants.
All our dorms offer king-single size bunk beds, thick mattresses, lockers, plus USB and power-up points. All Double rooms offer TV, plus USB and power-up points with shared and ensuite bathrooms available, come and relax with us.
We offer free and unlimited WiFi. Parking can be found right next door, with discount for Urbanz Guests for only $17 per 24 hours. Pay at reception (NOT at the machine). No hidden charges or credit card surcharge.
Urbanz has the best guest kitchen in the country, recently renovated with 8 distinct cooking stations, ovens, pots & pans included - everything you'll need to cook up a storm. We also have a huge lounge with couches, power points, a pool table, Netflix, movies and gas fireplaces.
Airport bus number 29 stops 50 metres across the road (leaves airport every 30 minutes, 6am to 10.30pm, $4 adult one way). For late night arrivals you can book a shuttle at www.supershuttle.co.nz or take an Uber. The central bus interchange for all long and local buses is less than 10 minute walk.
We have a free onsite jobs board and staff can assist in completing tax applications etc.
Reception is open from 8am to 9pm. After hours check in available with door code - sent by e-mail on arrival day.
