Holly House is an outstanding farmhouse style property with extensive rural views and is close to the UKs most extensive skiing and snowboarding facilities at Glenshee. The house sleeps nine people in five large comfortable bedrooms. The master double has an en-suite shower room. Plus there is a modern family bathroom with bath over shower. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living area with a sitting room and dining area overlooking the garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large enclosed garden and a shared games barn with off road parking for several cars. Located just a short drive from the local amenities of Alyth, Holly House is a perfect holiday base for nine guests to enjoy the Scottish Highlands all throughout the year.
