The accommodation is well located just 200 metres from the small fishing village of S'Illot Cala Morlanda, in the east of the Balearic island of Mallorca.
The spacious garden offers a covered terrace area with dining table and chairs. There is also a barbecue, sun loungers, children's toys and an outdoor shower.
The renovated house can accommodate up to six people. The three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and wardrobes. The living room has a large corner sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The adjoining dining room has a fireplace and a dining table with six chairs.
