Located just 10 minutes south of DU in Greenwood Village, the location is perfect for parents visiting students at college. Easy access to downtown and the tech center. You will have everything you need to make your stay a great one with wireless internet, smart TV, microwave, oven, W/D, grill. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the sofa coach pulls out into a bed if you have company. The backyard opens into a large grass field and you are seconds away from the High Line Canal. No pets of any kind, but children are welcome. No smoking in the guest house or on the property.
