This classic villa style house with wooden floor and chandeliers, 3 lovely bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom and separate lounge and dining space is very cosy and well presented. The owners have put a lot of attention into the garden, growing vegetables and a big strawberry patch. It is a perfect place for outdoor dining and relaxing.
The back fencing takes you to the Maitai River and beyond where you can start lovely walks or bike rides. Cross the bridge and your are on the Maitai River footpath that can take you either to the City Centre and the Marina, or down the gorgeous Maitai Valley.
You're also close to the Centre of New Zealand, Grampians Walks, Brook-Waimarama Wildlife Sanctuary and Codgers MTB park. Riverside swimming pool is just across the River and Tahuna Beach at 5 kms.

Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Outdoor pets or small indoor pets may be permitted by written agreement. Please contact us with details of your pet along with your assurances for the care of the home.
This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that some storage areas, including the garage, will not be available for guest use.
- Car parking - There is a single off-street car-park in front of the garage area behind the property (please note the garage is not available for guest use). In addition to the carpark, there is ample on-street parking.
- Bike storage - There is a secure lock-up for bicycles, prams etc. At the rear of the house.
