Positive: The house was extremely clean and tidy, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the heating/AC already on when we arrived, making it very warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed, and the view of Ruapehu was just stunning. The location is close to newworld and cafes. It’s very suitable for families and pets, and they even thoughtfully prepared a dog crate in the garage! I gave 10/10 only because that’s the maximum score, but honestly, this place deserves 100. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely book here again for my next ski trip!
