Upon entering the lodge you are met with a spacious hall way, from which three bedrooms and a master bathroom can be accessed from. The Master double bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed, walk in wardrobe and a spacious en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and shower. The room has large windows, filling the room with light. The lodge also comprises of a twin bedroom and a single room with a pull out bed, both with views over the fishing ponds. The master bathroom is fully tiled with under floor heating, a heated towel rail and a separate bath and shower. Upstairs is a fabulous open plan living area; perfect for families and groups of friends. The main living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and a flat screen television with Sky TV and a DVD player. There is a large dining area with a table to seat six that leads onto the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything a family would need including: oven, hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils. At either end of the living area are patio doors leading out on to two separate balconies. The larger of the two allows you to sit out, eat and drink whilst taking in the beautiful views over the fishing ponds, the resort and the Angus countryside beyond. Deposit 50% of total rent.
