Positive: Incredible view of the Hazard mountains! I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to see that the bed literally faces them. I enjoyed delicious ground coffee provided in the morning under the duvet watching the sunrise — perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, I appreciated having cooking oil, cling film and a dishwasher provided amongst other things. Great to have a washing machine and dryer with detergent provided (although I didn’t need to use them). The fire was set-up for the first use and super easy to manage. The location couldn’t have been better. A stone’s throw from the water, great supermarket and walking paths! Care was taken to landscape the property to keep its privacy despite being next to the other holiday homes.
Negative: The only downsides were the shower pressure, the lack of cozy lighting and it was a bit chilly until the radiator was on for a while to heat up the living spaces.
Summary: Magical view, superbly managed and great value for money
