Positive: Overall the property was looked nice, was equipped with mostly you need for a couple of nights and was very quiet and peaceful

Negative: On the first night the hot tub did not work we did mention this to them and were told this happens sometimes and that we would need to wait till the next day however no apology for this didn’t seem to care much either maybe an apology or small gesture could have been made to make up for this but no, this wasn’t great as I paid a deposit incase anything got broken but this wasn’t working when we got there didn’t seem fair, there was a lot of bugs and flies on the inside of the property on the walls and roofs found a few spiders on the couch which is understandable as the location of the lodge, hairdryer and toaster wasn’t working either but maybe not a big deal.
