This property is best suited to family groups (not a party house). With a fully fenced section, sandpit, swing and outdoor blackboard wall the kids will entertain themselves.
The main house consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, while upstairs is an open plan kitchen/living/dining area and large sunny deck. Outside rooms include two sleep-outs, a quirky caravan converted into a double bedroom as well as an impressive outdoor hot shower, bathroom sink and two toilets. The garage has extra fridges, an additional freezer and a small bench area with toaster and kettle to cater for the outside rooms if needed.
Only 100m to the picture perfect, horse-shoe shaped Matapouri beach, 100m to the corner shop, 200m to the local fenced playground this location is unrivaled. Hang up your car keys for your entire holiday if you please, and you can explore the close by beaches, estuary, mermaid pools and local walks on foot. A short 10-minute drive will take you to Tutukaka which hosts a range of shops, restaurants and boating/diving/fishing activities. Play at the 9 hole, well kept, country-style golf course less than 20 minutes away in Ngunguru. Of course, simply taking in the serenity and enjoying your favourite drink from the comfort of the sunny deck or a lounger on the lawn is always an option too.

Please leave property as you found it. No tents. Families preferred. This entire property is strictly a no smoking area. BYO all bedroom and bathroom linen. Tea Towels and toilet paper provided. All cleaning equipment supplied. PLEASE NOTE: The kitchen/dining/living area of the main house is not large, however in summer we do not find this an issue with everyone cooking/eating/entertaining outdoors. The additional basic facilities in the downstairs garage provide some extra space.
