Great views over the Cromarty Firth and mountains and hills beyond from the lounge and kitchen windows. There is seating for 4 on 2 settees, TV with Freeview channels, DVD player, CD unit with radio. The dining area has seating for 4. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine dryer, toaster, kettle, microwave oven and plenty kitchenware if you choose to dine in instead of eating out in Cromarty or on the Black Isle. There are 2 bedrooms, one double room with bedside cabinets with lights, fitted wardrobe, alarm clock radio and TV. The other has 2 single beds with bedside cabinet with light, fitted wardrobe with alarm clock radio. The beds can be put together to make a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There isn't a bath I'm afraid. Outside there is ample space in the communal garden that has grass and gravel.
There is a patio table with chairs, deck chairs and buckets and spades for building sand castles on the nearby Cromarty beach. The apartment has an iron and ironing board, free wi-fi, a selection of books, maps, games, a hairdryer and a pair of binoculars for checking out the wildlife around the coast and inland on the Black Isle.
