The house is a ~100 sqm maisonaitte in a private 500 sqm site, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 4m*9m swimming pool, a bbq, wi-fi, 4 TVs (one 55" in the ground floor living room , one 43" in the main bedroom, one 43" on the top floor 2nd bedroom & one 40" in the third bedroom) and brand new furniture in most of it. The house is fully equipped and can accomodate 6 people (more if they sleep in the living room).
The house is surrounded by a garden and 2 terraces. The 2 bedrooms have ACs and the ground floor bedroom has ceiling fan to cool you off in the summer. There is central heating for the colder winter days. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware a large fridge, a refrigerator, oven, dish washer, clothes washing machine, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and a dining table capable of sitting up to 8 people.
The main terrace overlooking the pool, has a comfortable outdoor sofa with table for drinks, as well as a huge marble table, capable of sitting 10-12 people. The pool has 6 sunbeds and 2 umbrelas for extra shade, and the water is purified with the use of salt and not directly with smelly chemicals. This makes it ideal for use by kids as well as adults.
The house also has a secondary area with a smaller fridge and a freezer to hold drinks and ice cubes for the terrace and pool areas. Due to the problem that a lot of other houses in the area face with water pressure, our house is equipped with a water pump that eliminates any issues, providing an excellent water pressure for your showers. Hot water is always available with the use of a solar water heater. Cable TV and a video projector can be provided upon request.
