Parking is complimentary, space for one vehicle is available in the driveway of this private property and single car garage access is available upon request (perfect for bike and ski storage). A protected bicycle lane is located on 300 South into downtown and the nearest GREENbike station for city bike rentals is located on 300 South and 700 East. Uber, Lyft, taxi cabs, and e-scooters are available citywide.

UPON INQUIRY, BOOKING, AND/OR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE, GUEST AGREES TO SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT DETAILED BELOW:
1.) No pets allowed on premises.
2.) No smoking inside home; smoking outside home is acceptable as long as you clean up after yourself.
3.) No gatherings or parties of 6 or more outside home. Gatherings up to 10 people inside home is acceptable as long as noise is kept to a reasonable level and does not disturb neighbors.
4.) Respect residential and neighborhood quiet hours from 9pm to 9am overnight.
5.) Damage to property, furnishings, excessive cleaning not covered by basic cleaning fee, missing items from home, lost keys, lost garage door opener, smoke or pet odors or smoke/pet damage, and any other cost incurred to homeowner due to guest's stay will result in a charge to guest's payment on file to cover losses.
6.) Maximum occupancy is 6 adults for sleeping accommodations. Only the number of registered guests on reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
7.) Homeowner access to property shall be allowed in a reasonable manner to facilitate repairs or inspection with advance notice to guests.
8.) Registered guests and adult friends of guests that will occupy home at any time are required to be 21 years of age or older, with the exception of children of registered guests under the age of 12.
9.) Guest agrees that any personal belongings and/or property brought into home shall be at the sole risk of guest or third party and homeowner shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever due to loss, theft, or damage.
10.) Guest acknowledges that the use of property and amenities such as, but not limited to, grills, patio, kitchen appliances, jetted tub, etc. may be potentially dangerous and involve risks, particularly with regard to children, and such use is at guest's own risk. Homeowner shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever due to personal injury.
11.) If registered guests or friends of guests use WIFI network, it is agreed that its use is only for legal purposes and user promises not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities.
And finally, please leave our home as clean as you found it; which includes washing your dishes, placing soiled towels in laundry basket, and general tidying up of spaces used including removing spills and crumbs. Please discard open food items from the refrigerator and take all of your belongings with you. Remove trash from all cans and place in appropriate waste containers outside. Close and lock all windows, doors and turn off central HVAC. Notify hosts of departure, and safe travels!
