There is a basic kitchenette (no refrigerator inside the Slo-Cabin) and a gas grill. So you'll be able to prepare hot coffee, hot tea, smoothies, toast, and basic cooking/frying on the grill and it's gas burner. And there is a full-size refrigerator located on the Rancho and available for your use for any other needs.
