The space
Newly renovated townhome on quiet street in University City Philadelphia. the street is filled with families and a few other Airbnb's. It's quiet and very comfortable.
As you walk in the living room is open to the dining room and kitchen. Ample seating is provided in the living room with a large television mounted for your convenience.
The dining room has seating for six, and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots pans baking dishes cheese grater toast or a waffle iron, the works!
Just past there is the laundry room with a fully working washer and dryer and a full bathroom.
The backyard is cemented with seating and a fire pit.
Up the stairs are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has lots of natural light and a TV mounted for your viewing pleasure. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a full bathroom with double sinks which is attached.
Go back down the stairs to the basement and two extra rooms are there to make your stay! To your right is a TV/game room with a mounted television and board games. To your left is a kids playroom! With a play kitchen table and chairs and books for your kids to enjoy!
