Based at the foot of Te Mata Peak our home is very close to Havelock North Village with its fashion boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Some of Hawke's Bay finest wineries are only minutes away including Te Mata Estate and Craggy Range and it is 5 minutes to the Tuki Tuki River and 25 minutes to Waimarama Beach.
It is on a very private sunny back section with a swimming pool and well established garden bringing in plenty of birdlife form Tui to Kereru. a short walk through a gate takes you down to a stream and plenty of adventures for the children.
The large deck wraps around the house, leading onto the swimming pool and is accessed through sliding doors on three sides. The outside dining table, chairs and BBQ on the deck makes for fantastic entertaining.
There is a large open plan kitchen which flows through to the lounge and then decks and four good sized bedrooms.
