Summary: We waited for 56 minutes for the shuttle to come and take us to the airport. One drove past us went the back, got out and start talking to his peers. Mind you, both shuttles were parked in the back. After I called the hotel, he drove fast past us and left. I called back, was told he was going to come back, we waited 15-20 more minutes. The shower pressure is horrible! Initially the room only had 2 sets of towels. We asked for more and the night attendant got an attitude acting as if we wanted to steal the towels because he didn’t give us any saying they needed to wash more. He didn’t send any up afterwards, stating they wouldn’t be ready until the morning. We had to request towels the next morning. The television continued to go in and out of being dark or working due to lost of signal. The ironing board wouldn’t remain standing. The exhaust fan and shower light doesn’t work in the bathroom. Breakfast was lackluster, need more options. Please put slip resistant strips in the tub. There was almost an accident in the shower. We had to use a towel to prevent others from slipping.
