Cloudy Bay Cabin is perfectly located for families with young children keen to splash in the shallows -or teenagers prepared to walk to the nearby surf break. Walkers will be delighted too -with kilometres of sandy beach and pristine coastline to explore, as well as, 350 acres of private forest to share with no one else except Bruny's adorable wildlife.
Delightfully cosy with modern quality furniture and luxurious linen, the cabin comfortably sleeps six, whilst also offering additional guests the option to camp under the stars on the expansive grassed recreation area.
The clean and practical kitchen enjoys spectacular views through the sheltered veranda to the beach beyond -with a rustic eight-seater dining table providing the perfect hub for lunch, dinner, or family Scrabble challenges.
Please note: To maintain the unspoiled nature of the area, Cloudy Bay Cabin relies on solar power and bottled gas for most modern conveniences (washing machine excluded) with a 12v power system offering USB charging points for your electronics, but no 240v general-purpose outlets. Access to the cabin is via a dirt road -you do not need a 4x4; however, vehicles with low clearance need to take their time to navigate the rough conditions (we always recommend a small SUV or the likes when exploring Bruny Island).
