This is a 4 bed/ 2.5 bath home in a super quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes drive to I-20. 20 minutes (without traffic) gets you to the airport, downtown ATL, Buckhead, Midtown, etc.. I am renting out 1 bedroom in my home & you would be sharing the rest of the house with me (a super cool laid back fun, professional, older female). This house has no pets and no smoking. The room is small so it's perfect for someone who doesn't have much stuff. It's furnished, but you can change whatever you want. Bathroom is mostly yours (except for an occassional guest), but there is a half bath downstairs for that also. Parking in driveway, neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I'm a realtor and I work from home sometimes when I'm not out showing property. No laundry list of rules, just good old fashion courtsey and respect. Perfer male as sometimes too much estrogen in 1 house can be a issue. Also perfer long term. I'm easy to get along with and prior to moving to ATL, I lived in CA and rented out rooms for the past 20 years so I like and know how to live with others.
