Positive: The room we originally booked was demolished two weeks before we arrived.. we were upgraded to a villa.. no need aircond or fan because it is already cold.. hot water functioning well.. bed was comfy and the staffs were helpful and kind..

Negative: The road to this villa is soooooo bumby and challenging.. need to have some skill if u ride a bike here.. the view btw is beautiful..
