In a quiet neighborhood surrounded by conservation, enjoy easy living in a beautifully updated cottage. The best South Shore beaches are within a couple miles, and Main Street is as well. A simple, open floor plan extends to a deck with a spacious fenced in backyard. Take the Hummock Pond bike path to local favorite 167 Raw on your way to Ladies Beach, and plan to catch some live music at Cisco Brewery on the way home.
First Floor: Open living and kitchen, half bath.
Second Floor: King Bedroom with walk-in closet, Twin room, and full bathroom with double vanity and shower. Each bedroom has a TV.
Lower Level: Partially finished room with sleeper sofa. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Cancellation Policy: Tenant agrees that it is responsible for the full payment of the rent contemplated herein. Any failure of Tenant to pay rent when due as stated in this contract shall give grounds for Landlord to terminate this agreement. The landlord must notify Agent in writing. In the event that TENANT chooses to cancel the lease, Agent may attempt to re-rent the property, but Amy Sanford Real Estate is not obligated to do so. If the property is re-booked for the amount equal to the original lease, Tenant shall receive a refund, from the owner, for the amount they have already paid, less a 15% cancellation fee of the gross rental amount. If there is a difference in the new rental agreement and the original rental agreement, that amount shall be deducted from the refund to the original tenant, or included in any balance that is outstanding. Weather related refunds will not be given.
