This quiet little cottage was built in the late 1920s and is one of five on the property. You are central to both Montecito and Santa Barbara. The property is close to Santa Barbara's "Funk Zone" and has world-renowned wine tasting, bar hopping areas, and shopping. Also, close to State Street, the commercial heart of Santa Barbara, you will find all the best restaurants, live music, and fun that spills out to the beach and the Wharf. You can enjoy a bike ride along the coast and visit the bird refuge or have a cup of clam chowder at the world-famous Brophy Brothers at the Harbor. Santa Barbara vibes will not disappoint!
Your cottage is cozy and serene. There are comfortable couches to relax and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or walk out the French doors to a private deck where you can enjoy your favorite beverage and the feel of the ocean breeze nearby. The kitchen is quaint and well-appointed, with everything you need to cook a delicious meal or barbecue some steaks outside the back door. There is a lovely dining area with a table and four chairs, and with the French doors open, you will have that indoor-outdoor California experience.
