The spacious, indoor/outdoor, two-story home is luxuriously outfitted with wooden floors, high ceilings, large windows and upscale bathrooms. The top floor has a master suite, two additional bedrooms, two balconies, and sitting and dining areas. Each bedroom upstairs has its own private bathroom. Downstairs, there is another bedroom with one double and two twin beds, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and covered porches. Spectacular forest and stunning Pacific Ocean views can be seen from every area of the house. Common sightings include howler monkeys, sloths, toucans, aracaris, and parrots. Hike to nearby waterfalls or lounge in your hammock to enjoy the forest sights and sounds. Casa Uvita is completely self-sustaining, using solar energy and water from a natural spring. 24/7 security; daily light housekeeping. Beautiful 12 meter-long swimming pool in rainforest setting, with ocean view!
