This Key West Style stilt home is located in the Estero Bay Shores neighborhood and is only a 3 minute drive from the Coconut Point Hyatt Resort and Mall! Day passes to the Hyatt can be purchased separately to enjoy their wonderful pools, lazy river, pool side drinks and more!

Upon entering, your eyes are drawn to the right, where a glass-topped dining room set for four awaits. Surrounded by three windows and boasting tall, angled ceilings, it creates an airy and inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to the dining room is a den, doubling as a cozy sitting room with a large picture window—a perfect spot for informal dining.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring sleek black stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and the latest culinary amenities. Everything is designed to inspire culinary creativity and elevate your vacation experience.
Both bedrooms are located at the back of the house, offering serene water views from their windows. The first bedroom boasts a Queen bed, complete with a dresser and side table. In the second bedroom, a nautical and chrome theme sets the stage, complemented by two dressers and a chest. Unique and stylish fans serve as accent lights, adding a touch of modern elegance to the rooms. Sliding doors in both bedrooms provide direct access to the backyard, leading to a small porch and stairs descending to the gravel yard.
