The exterior area of this villa is a dream. A beautiful building by a wonderful annex are surrounded by special corners. You'll find a garden, several terraces and porches, either outdoors or glazed, perfect for your breakfast or BBQs. In fact, the main porch is ideal for that in both the cold and the hot days, since there's a wood stove and a sitting area for a drink after your banquet. Finally, this villa offers a great salt water private pool that sizes 12 x 4 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 1 to 1.6 metres where you can swim and sunbathe on the 14 sunloungers around or play table tennis.The main house features a comfy living room with satellite TV and AC. Next, you'll find the kitchen which is equipped with an induction top and a small dining area since the main dining room is at the porch. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed, AC and closet.
