The house dates from 1820 and has been restored slowly and carefully, with most of the original details left where they were. Thick whitewashed walls keep the inside cool through the summer. The architecture is classic Ibizan finca, low ceilings, exposed beams, simple lines, but the comforts are entirely modern: air conditioning throughout, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, satellite TV, fast wifi.
On the ground floor, the kitchen opens into the living area, and two bedrooms sit off this main space. One has twin beds that convert to a double, with an en-suite bathroom.
