All ground floor, there are two cosy bedrooms and the accommodation is completed by a kitchen and a sitting room with a welcoming woodburner. Outside is a large garden to the rear with a patio and is the perfect place to relax with a drink in the tranquil atmosphere and plan your activities. The garden also attracts red squirrels, roe deer and a wide variety of birds. Sitting in the country estate of Lochnaw Castle, the property is surrounded by delightful woodland walks, whilst fishing is available at Kirkland Fishery in the nearby village of Leswalt. Stranraer is six miles to the east and is a bustling town in its own right on the shores of Loch Ryan.
