This studio-style accommodation boasts its own private decked sitting-out area and is surrounded by the owners' pretty garden, complete with pond, whilst the harbour, village green and coastline abundant with birdlife are almost on the doorstep. There is an electric vehicle charging point 50 metres away from the property in a nearby, well-let car park. Close by, Culzean Castle is well worth a visit as are Souter Johnnie's Cottage at Kirkoswald and the Burns National Heritage Centre at Alloway. Trips to the island of Arran depart from Ardrossan and day trips to Northern Ireland from Stranraer are easily possible. Troon is 20 miles. An excellent restaurant is within a short stroll and Maidens has a village shop. Pub 100 yards.
