The porch is decorated in Ibiza-Style, offering a grill, a dining area and a small kitchen to prepare small snacks outside. A midnight swim will be a leisurely affair as the pool area is nicely lightened. This house is in the center of the town and there are direct neighbors.
Interiors, a modern and stylish decoration harmonizes with a good equipment and airy rooms. The living area with large windows has a big sofa where to read, watch a film on the satellite TV or a DVD. A very elegant bedroom with TV (local channels) as well as two shower bathrooms are on the ground level. There's a laundry on the terrace with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Dream of all fashion victims is the spacious bedroom on the first floor with sofa, double bed and bath en-suite with bathtub as it has a big dressing room with mirror. The third bedroom with double bed has a romantic touch. Besides, there's a shower bath on the upper floor. Up to two cots and one high chair are available on request. There's A/C in the living area, in the hallway and the two bedrooms on the first floor. Mind that the bedroom on the ground floor has no air conditioning.
