Simple, thoughtful and very much loved, full of light, laughter and our love of the sea. Ocean front with views of Park Beach and Frederick Henry Bay from both the inside and outside of the shack. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula.

Beachcombers
Wiggle your toes in the sand and explore the local area. Take a stroll down the local streets to the other side of the point and discover Red Ochre Beach and its delightful old boat sheds.
Surf
The locals call it the Mecca Bowl. Be part of the local surfing action, grab a board and wettie from the shack and head down.
Wander
Wander around the cliff top walking tracks, go left at the shack gate and walk down to the beach or go right and take the short walk to Spectacle Point Whale Observation Platform.

It is important to note a public walking track exists between the shack and the cliff edge. The bath is not private during daytime use and bathers are required.
