Air conditioning is available from mid-june to mid-september, room rates on 15 august and 31 december include a gala dinner, and drinks are excluded. extra guests will be charged separately, please note there are some steep climbs inside the hotel's park, the thermal park is open from 09:00 to 19:00 (from 17th april to 01st nov. 2025 included and from 28th december 2025 to 03rd january 2026 included), temporary closure of services: bowls, ping pong, tennis court, fitness corner technogym, mountain bikes, shuttle to and from sant'angelo, musical entertainment 3 times a week (these services are not available (specifically from 02.11.2025 to 28.12.2025)if you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the special requests box, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
