Bicheno Beach House is the hottest accommodation to hit the market in the heart of Bicheno township! A funky fresh renovation has bought this 1930’s cottage back to life – and it’s ready to be enjoyed by you.
With space for up to two families, this property can be enjoyed by two or ten guests, it’s an experience for everyone!
Deceiving from the exterior, yet a totally jaw-dropping interior, we have kept you front of mind whilst renovating our Beach House.
Quality, luxe, spacious, fun – Bicheno Beach House is THE place to stay when you’re coming to the East Coast. A total vibe, we can see many barbecues, games nights and a possible couch nap here.
The house is designed to isolate the rear three bedrooms from the main living space, which allows the little ones to hit the hay early, whilst the night owls are able to kick on. The owners have considered everything as they have their own small family.
The living area opens up to a large deck, which holds a bespoke reclaimed timber dining setting next to the BBQ.
THE BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 – Master bedroom with King bed, sunroom and luxurious bathroom space. Vintage themed including the original stained glass windows which are consistent throughout the home.
Bedroom 2 – Queen bedroom with spacious floor plan and original stained glass windows.
Bedroom 3 – Kids room! Two single beds, with pull out trundles below – you can fit four in this room. We are also able to make the beds into two double beds if more convenient for your group. We’ve included a second tv in here to guarantee some uninterrupted adult time!
Bedroom 4 – Single bed with pull out trundle and cot.
The living space is really where the redesign of the 1930’s classic comes to the forefront, with original hallway doors, and redefined spaces allowing connectivity and flow.
The kitchen is a huge space, and includes a custom Huon Pine breakkie bar to sit and chat whilst chef cooks up a storm.
Our home wouldn’t be complete without our state of the art climate control system, which provides the ability to set the temperature of each room, including altering the rate of air flow. Controlled via a wall mounted tablet in the living room, having this feature has really made our holidays SO much more comfortable.
We’re also committed to a cleaner energy future, so we’ve included an electric car charger for our guests.
We’ve installed exterior sensor lights, front and back security cameras, dead locked doors and lockable windows - you’ll feel safe and secure at night.
