This newly renovated and nicely appointed 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a tree-lined backyard with a firepit, outdoor string lighting and ample entertaining space. The restaurants and shops of Butler Plaza are a short 5-minute car ride away.
The 4 bedroom home has plenty of space for a group and family. With a king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, a 2 full-size/ twin bunks, sleeping arrangements are easy to organize.
Guest have the entire home to themselves.
Located in the quiet, peaceful, and tree-filled Golf View community in between UF Law School and the Mark Bostick Golf Course.

AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it`s within the terms. If no insurance policy is purchased, that`s OK, too- we are happy to open up the dates on the calendar and try to re-rent. If we can re-rent, then we can refund the amount recuperated, but we cannot issue a full refund unless we can re-rent from an early departure or cancellation.
