This meticulously maintained 1-bedroom/1-bath duplex is bright, spacious, and tastefully furnished giving you the feel of home away from home. The unit includes a light & bright living room, a chef’s kitchen equipped with high-end appliance and all essentials for cooking, laundry room with brand new washer/dryer. The bedroom includes a king bed (the bathroom is located in the bedroom). The unit also includes a large front yard and a beautiful side yard with a sitting area to entertain friends and family. Please note that you will have no access to the backyard as it’s for the other unit/tenant only. You will have one parking permit that allows you to park one car on the street for free. There is plenty of parking space since the street parking is for residents living on the street only.
No illegal drugs of any kind allowed in the property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house, but you can smoke outside of the house (yards). No parties are allowed. Please keep noise/TV/music down to minimum after 10pm to avoid disturbance of the neighbors.
Please note that the fireplace in the living room is decorative only (not usable). I rescued some honeybees from the front yard. Now there is a beehive at the edge of the front patio. The honeybees are loved by the neighbors and don't bother anyone (Do NOT try to touch or open the hives. Owner is not responsible for bee stings).
